Om Sri Ganesh

Welcoming you all to...well...a painter's blog

Sow a thought, reap an action; sow an action, reap a habit; sow a habit, reap a character; sow a character, reap a destiny - Chinese Proverb.

Seek to understand then be understood – Stephen R. Covey, author.

It's been 2 years in all since I went in on an adrenaline rush and created this blog, but just lost the zest to get back and contribute to it or do anything worthwhile with it. Nihal's now 3 years and his pre-school days mean I have been able to squeeze in some spare time to get back to the canvas and swish my brush. Some of these paintings were done in a hurry, with one eye on the little fellow and also in the middle of running errands around the house. Most of these were done over the last year although the very first one - Om Sri Ganesh - was done during the last trimester of my pregnancy :-) .
